#KeatsOdes2019 Winner Announced

Thank you to all who took part in our #KeatsOdes2019 competition!  The competition is a celebration of the upcoming bicentenary of Keats's 1819 Odes, and we were delighted to receive a wide variety of excellent entries.  It was a challenge to choose a winner; therefore, we have chosen one winning entry and two runners-up:

Runners-up:

‘Ode to Cupid’ by Laila Sumpton

Psyche leans by The Castle, swiping till he lands.

 

‘Ode to Social Media’ by Stomper McEwan

Oh friend! I sought your picture from a crowd.

 

Winner:

‘Viewless Wings’ by Charlotte Zoë Walker

We shall not let these times diminish us.

 The winning entry will be featured on our Keats postcards which will be distributed at upcoming conferences and events.
