K-SAA Carl H. Pforzheimer Jr. Research Grants: Applications Open

The Keats-Shelley Association of America will once again award two Carl H. Pforzheimer Jr. Research Grants, each worth $3,000, to advanced graduate students, contingent faculty, or independent scholars.  The purpose of the Grants is to defray travel expenses incurred in pursuing archival and/or special-collections research related to British Romanticism and literary culture between 1789 and 1832, with preference given to projects involving authors and subjects covered in the Keats-Shelley Journal.No "country of origin" restrictions apply - proposals from everywhere are welcome.Please note that the Grants do not underwrite time off for writing or for travel to conferences.The deadline is 1 November 2019.
